 What's New Northern Rail Timetable Change Northern Rail will be introducing a new timetable on 14th December. Bowers have applied to revise the times of buses on services 61, 62/A and 64 to improve bus/rail connections at Newtown Station. The new timetable will be available shortly. Christmas and New Year Buses There will be no bus service on Christmas Day or Boxing Day. A Saturday service will operate on 29th, 30th and 31st December (except on services 27 and 300 which will operate a normal weekday service), and a Sunday service will be provided on New Years Day. Normal service will operate at other times. 27: Macclesfield - Knutsford The timetable will be revised with effect from 10th January 2009, with the aim of improving reliability and introducing better bus/rail connections at Knutsford Station.
